1. Where are you located ?

Beu Boutique is based in Hong Kong .

 

2. Can it cause allergies?

Our products are made with high-quality 925 sterling silver, which consists of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5%  other alloy metals and undergo strict quality inspection to ensure they are non-toxic, safe, and non-irritating.

 

3. Warranty period?

We do not provide an official warranty period, but if you encounter any issues during the use of the product or have any questions regarding product maintenance and care, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to assist you.

 

4. When will it be shipped? 

Generally, in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment. The pre-order products requires 7-9  business days. Handmade products require 3-5 business days, and customized products (such as name necklaces) require 12-15 business days.

 

5. Do sterling silver products tarnish?

Do not tarnish but may oxidize over time. Use the included polishing cloth to restore its original shine.

6. Do you deliver products to other countries ?

We currently only ship to the Hong Kong region, Mainland China, Taiwan, Macau, India, Japan , South Korea and Southeast Asian Countries (including Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore).
