All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchange requests under the following conditions:
1. Incorrect Size Selected: If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please note that customers are responsible for all round-trip shipping costs for size exchanges.
2. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
3. Incorrect Item Delivered: If the item or color received does not match your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
Once your exchange request is verified and approved, please ship the item back to us within 5 business days. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Please Note:
• For exchanges due to defective or incorrect items sent by us, we will cover the re-shipping fee for the replacement item.
• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
